Shorts great in length but thinner material than thought they would be

These are a little thinner than we had hoped but they are a great length for my taller but slender waisted child...glad they have drawstrings and pockets. Should be ok to wear outside and to school.

We've gone through delivery of three pairs of these (one L, two XL) which are missing the drawstring. The elastic even has the slits for them, they're just not there.

Too small like kids size small
