Did the job

My ph was running on the low side for African Cichlids. This product raised it to an acceptable level in a weeks time

Perfect ph balancer

The media could not be loaded. Great product. I’ve only had to use it twice. First, when starting up my tank. Second, when doing an 80% water change. Other than that this product is sustainable in the water. It helps regulate the ph and it dissolves very well. This product will last me a very long time. My fish are thriving and it helps keep my ph between 8.0-8.2.

Keeps ph where these lake cichlids thrive at

I have a tank of Malawi mbuna. These fish natural environment have high ph up in the 8.0 and up range. Correct water parameters are needed for the general health of a fish as well as full potential of activity that's these fish are so well known, and kept for. I follow the instructions on the back and it keeps my tank at 8.2. I'm very pleased as well are my fish with this product.

It raises PH to proper levels easily.

I am just happy that this product is available to raise the African Cichlids PH to their natural environment. Bottle is big enough for the price. I will use it religiously. My Cichlids did not react negatively to me adding it to water. I am happy about that.

Does the job!

Definitely raises ph and kh. Start out with a teaspoon for 60 gallon tank. Follow the label exactly and it will do what it says. Also this product will not work correctly if you don’t add Cichlid lake salt prior to use.

Maintains my peacock cichlid tank at 8. 2 ph ...

Maintains my peacock cichlid tank at 8.2 ph starting with 6.8 ph tap water. I use one teaspoon per 10 gallons when changing water on my 55 gallon tank (roughly 40% twice per week). Probably could use baking soda for the same result and a lot less money but I bought this and do not regret it.

Great product

100% will increase PH levels 100%! It’s safe and doesn’t cause any issues as such there are other ways of getting PH stable - crushed coral in your external filter - lime stone - ocean rock in tank. I have found that bogwood brings down PH levels in tank. I have mbuna’s and two pleco’s in the tank and I need bogwood for their diet the pleco’s that is. I have found it bring it down Also check what’s comes out your tap to get. Good understanding of what level PH your putting into the tank

Perfect for Cichilids

Works well. Has increased pH of my Cichilid aquarium to much closer to that in Lake Malawi. Fish happier and more colourful.
