Perfect!

This costume was the cutest thing! We got so many compliments on it. She looked absolutely adorable!!! Very nice and good quality for the money! The only Thing I didn’t like was the headband it just seem like it would be very uncomfortable on the babies head it was a very thin plastic headband that the face was attached to. I took it off and I had glued it to a baby had been an actually works perfect it look like it came that way

Cute! But we made some tweaks...

This dress was super cute, and my toddler (1 yo) got lots of compliments on it. But two things - I think for this age (12-18 months) the headband should come with Elmo's eyes on a stretchy band, rather than a plastic band. Very few little ones (certainly not mine) will tolerate wearing a hard plastic band, but she's used to wearing a stretchy headband. Also, the Dorothy print on the skirt - cute, but it makes the dress not machine washable! What parent of a toddler has time to hand wash things? Other than those two things - it's really cute, and she was comfortable in it. She wore it all day and took naps in it.

LOVE IT ALOT!!

I would have had all 5 star but the only thing that I dis not like was the headband for a toddler it should have been a band not a plastic band it just kept falling and my child just kept pulling it off until I changed the plastic. But other then that I loves it and she loves it.

WeNt to the Halloween parade walk in the city for the kids her Elmo was so unique I love that Dorothy was on the side of the skirt and the head band was what brought it all together. So cute for babies
