Well. this is a 0.5l bottle. The picture downside shows 25oz so I did not read all the contents and miss the 17oz description so yes is my bad. Over all is a good quality mug. I have no other complaints.

Doesn't pop open easily, and somehow I spilled coffee every time. You have to tilt it pretty far too.

Great for keeping drinks cold in a medium sized purse
Does the job, doesn’t sweat too much with cold drinks easy to drink out if, and easy to carry in a medium purse of small bag. True to brand.

SIGG bottles
This was such a good deal i bought a couple more. Haven't tested them too hard yet but they seem to be well made. As the weather cools down I'll try to do an update on the insulating properties.

Needs bottom boot. Threads fine when wet, stiff when dry. Can seep if quickly closed hot and inverted

I really like these. The opening has a spout so, it is versatile for pouring and doesn’t slash up when you drink from it.

Not Swiss made!
Amazon advertised this product as “Made in Switzerland”. First thing I saw when I opened the package was a cheap looking plastic top and “Made in China” stamp glaring at me. Returned it the next day.

What Happened to SIGG Thermo's
SIGG is a excellent Thermos Product so I thought. I purchased two 17 Oz Stainless Steel bottles for my morning Coffee at work. The first bottle came with a defect in the screw on top. The pour spot was misaligned in the mold and you couldn't pour your Coffee directly from the Thermos bottle into your cup. You had to unscrew the entire top off of the Thermos. .Secondly, after a week of using the two Thermos Bottles, the coffee was cold after one hour????? I have two SIGG Thermos's twenty years old that kept my coffee hot for hours. Not less than one hour. These are expensive thermo's per bottle to end up with Cold Coffee in the AM. Iam hoping for better results with another thermos manufacturer. Sorry SIGG. Don't know what your doing but please get better at it.

AMAZING! 100% would recommend.
I bought a 'SIGG Unisex Outdoor Hot and Cold Brushed Water Bottle' this year and it is THE most amazing bottle I have ever had. The quality is amazing. It also comes with a removable tea "filter" (for lack of better word. It stops loose tea from coming out of the bottle and therefore, stops you from drinking bits of tea!) I would recommend it to everyone! And amazing as a gift too. If I make tea and pour just-boiled water into it straight from the kettle, I'm not able to drink it for hours! That to me is a great testament to how well-insulated it is. I just make tea in a water jug and after a couple of mins, I pour it into the flask. I haven't tried cold drinks with it but it is AMAZING for hot drinks. The size is also perfect. 0.5 litres last me half a day, and if I'm out longer than that, I make tea in it again (I carry tea with me everywhere!). I think if it was larger, the weight would stop me from carrying it with me, so for me, this size is perfect. HOWEVER.... The packaging isn't completely recyclable because the front of the cardboard box has that little plastic window/film that lets you see the product in the box. It's a sacrifice I'm willing to make, as the quality of the bottle & reusing it makes up for the packaging. I can have hot drinks poured into it if I go to coffee shops for example and never use unrecyclable coffee cups etc!
