Very Comfortable

This is extremely comfortable considering it is not a giant and fancy chair. I was pleasantly surprised about that. It was easy to assemble and adjusts to desired height. The only thing it can be improved upon is the material it is made of. It seems it can easily be scratched and peeled over time since it is faux, leather-like. I’d still buy it again.

Mine lasted 3 years

I did love this chair. It is stylish and comfortable... but doesn't really offer any back support. I've had mine since the first week of January 2014 - so a little over 3 years now. I work from home, so this chair has been heavily used. Unfortunately, the faux leather is now flaking/peeling away and it's time to replace it. If you are looking for an inexpensive chair that looks nice and is comfortable, even for short folks (I'm 5'), then this is a good investment - just know that you will likely need to replace it after wear and tear.

So far so good. I have had this product going on a month now. I got it as an alternative to an uncomfortable pyrex-like chair that I had in my office. The only quarrel I have with it is, the arms. You can't really rest there and so its an, other than cosmetic, pointless feature (4 star for that) . Great hand to the fabric (but be good to it) Super easy to assemble and feels sturdy. Fits a pillow nicely if extra cushion is needed (fine on its own though).

The legs are peeling and flakes are coming off!!

I like the chair. It is just as it appears. It was easy to assemble and comfortable too. I would have given it five stars but the legs are peeling right out of the box! Little pieces flake off continuously. I have to keep vacuuming them up.

Bolts missing. Couldn’t get replacements

Parts missing . Looked like the silver part that holds the wheels was welded together several times . Bad appearance.

I liked how easy it was to set up. It isnt the best in comfort but I really love it.

Odd assembly but great chair

Build seems good for the price. Assembly is odd. No screws or bolts to hold chair to the support - just sort of slips in and fits. Advise to carry from bottom if you need to pickup chair otherwise it can fall off.
