Even a hefty cat can curl up in this.

At first I was disappointed. It looked like it was too small. When I placed this next to my other cat bed this one was ignored. But when I took the old one away she did manage to squeeze herself in! (She's a big girl, probably about 15 pounds). This bed is small but cozy. I haven't tried presenting it to her open like a cave. But she's not much for change and she's never had a cave style bed. Still, I might try it and I'll post an update if I do.

Our pets loves these!

These beds are awesome for small dogs and cats. We have two of them and I enjoy how they can convert from an igloo to a open bed and the interior pad can be removed and washed separately. The fabric is very fuzzy and soft. I will say, large male cats and dogs more than 10 pounds may find the beds too small.

Please note dimensions

Item is incredibly small, would only fit a toy dog under 4 lbs or a small puppy. My 7 lb pomeranian could barely fit inside, she thought it was a toy. The size of the bed when you flatten the top is about half the size of my dog's current bed. Nice quality but horrible dimensions. 16x12 pretty includes the exterior layer which is thick and takes away from the actual space inside.
