I just want to say off the bat, I'm 6 foot 4 inches tall, or 194cm. The ONLY negative I have to say about this chair is that the headrest is far too short for anyone that is over the 5 foot 9 or so mark. Unfortunately, this is just an annoyance f life for tall folks, sometimes stuff just isn't "quite there". This is by no means a manufacture or quality issue. I would love if the support for the headrest came with another option included that was about 2 inches taller, so I could connect the headrest to that and have the perfect chair. The chair itself is probably one of the most comfortable office chairs I've ever sat in and /or owned. The seat has a super thick sponge or cell foam pad. It has a seemingly hard wearing fabric cover, and I could absolutely see this lasting quite some time with many hours of use on a daily to yearly basis. The arms articulate inward and outward, which gives a little more support and comfort based on your sitting, gaming, typing, or working position. They also move up and down with a nice firm locking push button. The arm tops rotate into the left or right position from their neutral forward facing position. It would be nice if they moved sideways also for a little more fine-tuning, but I don't find it absolutely necessary. It would definitely make the chair a much higher value option though at under $200. The mesh back and headrest is very comfortable, and feels very, very hard wearing. I've been very skeptical of mesh chairs, as they used to be prone to ripping or sagging very soon into their use. This is why I've personally avoided them until now. I have to say, the mesh material feels a little rough as you brush skin against it. However, you don't eel this through shirts or sleeves, and rarely will your arms be brushing against the fabric. Over all the chair was easy to assemble, and I'm in love with hoe this thing reclines on a cable and locking system, You can almost position your back exactly how you want, and fine-tune it if needed. The chair is also super quiet. It makes no creaking or popping sounds, wish I thought may be an issue with a sub $200 chair. All in all, I'd happily pay a little more for the features mentioned above, but they're not deal breakers, and I can always remove the headrest if it really starts to bother me that it's just far to low to support my head at it's maximum height. However, When I recline the chair back more to relax, the headrest becomes very usable. It would have just been such great value to have a headrest that was usable for normal seated use as a tall person too. If the manufacturer ever reads this, and you decide to update the headrest to accommodate taller people, please let me know. I would happily pay for a taller headrest, as there's nothing on the market to address this which doesn't require physical alteration to the chair.

Very nice chair.

I bought this chair because I need lower back support and this chair has it. Unfortunately the seat is a bit to hard. A softer seat would be great. Also I am 5'4" and the I have the lumbar all the way up. With a cushion on the hard seat, the lumbar barely gives me the support I need. The leg rest is very comfortable and I like the way you can lock the back in place but still have a little movement when I lean back. I wish the seat was softer and the back support moved up 1 more inch. The arms are a firm but soft rubber that is very comfortable but washable also. I don't like the way they more sideways. I do like the way the arms move up and down. This chair seems very sturdy.

My new gaming chair!

I was in need of a new comfortable gaming chair! I had those expensive Secretlab chairs and they are extremely uncomfortable! Not worth the $$. This chair was worth every penny! Especially since it has a footrest! I can game comfortably for hourssssss!

Don't waste money, worst product

Product came defective, adjustable height was not working. Tried to return the product unable to remove gas lift from bottom part. It becomes big hassle to return the product.

Very comfortable and easy to install

The media could not be loaded. Loved this chair ! It was very easy to install . Perfect for work from home ...long working hrs for me. Very comfortable for my son (11 year) as well. I would recommend this product for purchase.

Can't believe the value for price

Heads up: It looks like the seller may have repurposed this listing for a different product in the past, so I'm writing this review for the office chair with a built-in footrest. Pros: This chair is actually so impressive for the price point. I've been getting ads for these thousand dollar chairs from name brands and this one easily compares. The build quality is top tier. The metal bar holding the leg rest is nearly 1/2" thick and seems like it could take some weight. The recline is very comfortable with easy access locking. The arm rests are adjustable in all directions and headrest has a fair range of play up and down. Cons: I'm 6'2 and the headrest hits around the top of my shoulders when I sit with perfect posture and it's in top position. Slouching makes this a non-issue.. and since it's attached with screws, it's removable. But I'm likely going to 3D print an extension. Also the armrests are a bit hard, but still have some give -- they'll probably last through a lot of use because of this though.
