They are wide in the seat back so you get good exorbency there
I've tried many different pads and these have proven to be the most comfortable also I like the fact that it has a wide back so if you're sitting and you have a slight bladder leakage it absorbs it better than any of the other bladder products that are out there so I'm sure if you use it for your period you would get the same results

Read on if you’ve got fibroids or similar
I’m 47 and have had fibroids for over 10 years now, which means that my periods have gotten progressively heavier and heavier over the years. I have, however, always had super heavy periods since I first got mine. By super heavy, I mean that I’ve always had to use one of those thin Always super pads AND a super plus tampons and I’d have to change them every hour or so on the first day. I was used to it. Over the years, my periods have gotten so bad that none of that was cutting it. I found that they made Ultra tampons and started using 2 of those at the same time, PLUS pads. Sometimes 3. I still had to change them every 30 minutes to an hour for the first few days. Sadly the cups were way too messy when I tried one because of this. When I discovered these Stayfree overnight pads through reviews on here, I was so happy. They cover everything in front and be in back without being bulky like a diaper, don’t rustle loudly while you’re walking, are super absorbent, leave you feeling fresh and not stinky, and come in large packs that you can order in bulk on here without breaking the bank. My periods are expensive, so I was extra happy about this. These pads have saved my sanity and my clothes while at work, while out and about, and while sleeping. They might save yours as well.

Penny pincher, coupon clipper
Sometimes pad rubs inner thighs. Sticks good to underwear. Length is a nice size… but could be longer… some how I manage to always spot on my undies, missing the pad. Has good absorbency. Doesn’t leak an odor. I came back to Amazon to “buy it again” and the price went up… so now I’ll shop at my local store, it’s cheaper and my local store accepts manufacture coupons.

Best pads for women
I love Stayfree Ultra Thin pads...the overnight ones! They are not too thick or thin, and although they are overnight, I use them throughout the day without the worry that while I'm moving around I might have a leaky mess. They feel super soft and cotton like...not plasticky like some other brands. The only thing that sometimes happens is that they adhere to my underwear a bit "too well" :) So much so, that on a few occasions, they tore slightly while trying to peel them off (sorry if it's TMI, but that's just me being honest). Overall they are the best pads for me...and I've tried many! I will continue buying them as long as they are around.

Packaging is a nightmare
The pads themselves are fine. But the box they were sent in was GLUED shut, rather than simply using packing tape like normal boxes. I had to tear a cardboard box apart to remove the actual packages. Even a knife wouldn't open it. This is not satisfactory.
