The most versatile pan I’ve ever bought!
Perfect in every way! Heats almost instantly on my ceramic cooktop at medium heat setting (you NEVER need to use high). It sits totally flat on the burner, so the heat is even. Great for carmelizing or crisping food since moisture is not trapped by deep sides. I use a little bit of oil or butter for flavor. The finish is so good that you can actually melt cheese directly on the pan, and it lifts right off. You NEED this pan!

The best
I love this company. I already have 2 sets. It seem that these pot and pans do not rust or discolouration. They are very strong and durable. Love the sleek design. This is not a flimsy pan. Easy to clean and heat even. Already made pancakes and fajitas. My only issue is that the size is very small. Which they had a bigger size beside 10 inches. This is an excellent company to buy pot and pan.

An Important Piece of my cooking equipment
I use this product for hi-temp cooking of salmon (works with steak as well). Season and oil the salmon to your taste. Heat the oven, and THE ROCK to 425. When hot, place the salmon skin side up for about 6 min; flip and cook an additional 7 min. Nice seared top of the filet, juicy inside. Meat easily slides off the skin.

Makes perfect crêpes
I had never made crêpes before. They say the first crêpe is for the cook because it never comes out right. As a novice crêpe maker, using this pan my first crêpe turned out perfect! (So did all the subsequent ones.) I love how light this pan is and how easy it is to wash.

Great crepe pan
This pan is terrific for making crepes. It has a very flat bottom and cooks the crepe evenly. It is very easy to clean.

Great pan, dinted for dent
Love this pan, but I'm subtracting a star because the pan was dented (could have happened in shipping?). The dent causes the pan to be not quite round, it's been pushed in ~1/8" on one side. It still sets level and works perfectly fine, it's just cosmetic. Still great pan, non-stick and the finish is tough. Plus it has an all metal handle so it can go into the oven.

Perfect for crepes or dosa
Perfect non stick for Dosa batter & crepes. Even heat distribution on my gas range and a breeE to clean up! I am reserving this pan only for Dosa and crepes

Like new after 1 year of use.
I got 2 of these last year, used them several times a week since for pancakes, eggs, bacon, and crepes. Great basic pans that work like they should even 1 year later, non stick still works fine, coating still holds, showing little wear. 5 stars all around.

Excellent crepe pan!
I love this! Bought it to make crepes and it works perfectly. I don't need to add oil to the pan at all (but there is a good amount of butter in the recipe itself). Washes up easily with a soft cloth and soapy water. Seems much harder and more durable than the standard teflon pan. I'm very pleased.

Absolutely love it
I am absolutely loving my “the rock” pan! Islt is soooo quick, and next level non stick, I only use a small dab of oil in the beginning and spread it with a paper towel, and did not need to add oil again!! I’m so amazed!!! It Made really perfect looking pancakes: the key is starting at a lower heat and gradually building up the heat because this pan seems to hold heat really well. Also the price is amazing: it sells at Canadian tire for $70! I love it and will be buying another
