Counterproductive For Supinators

I’ve had my gait tested by a podiatrist and orthopedist. Both diagnosed me with supination gait and to save money I tried these insoles instead of custom ones. Very uncomfortable but I didn’t expect corrective insoles to be comfortable. I brought these to my podiatrist and he was not impressed. He said the arch support is too high and the heel and toe should be different heights, the toe should be higher. He also said the outer heel should sit slightly higher to force the foot toward the instep, these have none of those qualities.

Painful to use. and it doesn't work on over supination.

After using the insert for 3 hours both feet and knees hurt.

It forces me towards better balance but in a gentle way

Great if you are familiar with your condition

If your heel wears on the outside, this insert will correct the step and your shoe heels will wear evenly but you should be familiar with supination

Great foot support

My PT recommended these as I over supinate my feet from previous injuries. It’s been a game changer. It’s been wonderful to find supports that don’t hurt, aren’t uncomfortable, and actually give my feet what they need. I would definitely use caution and only buy these if medical staff has recommended as the wrong supports can wage war on your feet. That said these have been a great recommendation and have really helped me to find more comfort with every step

One of the few that works

This orthotic has made a world of difference for my posture and overall well-being. My only complaint is that the contour isn’t steeper for those with a higher degree of supination.
