Pretty but an Oopsie…

Yes, this is beautiful, however… the eye hook on the back is not sewed into the garment correctly, which makes it extremely difficult to every fasten the darn thing. Yet, after spending at least 20 minutes fastening it, the hook surprisingly becomes unhooked very easily. The hook was sewn in too shallow.

Poor condition even for a pre owned item

I knew this item was pre-owned from a rental service, so my expectations were set accordingly. However, what I got was not just a pre-owned item. It was clearly an item with a botched attempt at repair. From what I could tell the hem must have frayed and they tried to re-hem *without* taking out the original hem, and *without* even trying to keep the stitching of the new hem straight. The hem was all curly (from being pulled on during stitching), the stitching was uneven, and it was sloppy because it was right on top of the old hem which they didn't bother to take out. The funny thing is, this did nothing to repair the original fraying. Attaching pictures. This is going back.
