Leaky faucet

Right out of the box there were issues...did not come with the right connections. Also the cold water lever leaks when in use and the faucet drips.... I’ll have to call tomorrow to see if they will remedy it... hopefully they stand by their product.

BEWARE!!! Faucet leaks cold water!!! Westbrass will not work with its customers!!!

If there was an option to NOT give any stars, I would have given ZERO stars. Upon completing the install the cold water leaks constantly underneath inside the base if faucet dispenser. The Quick & Hot water heater and hot water lever seems to work fine. It's the faucet dispenser leaking cold water that is the issue. And to make matters worse, I just read 3 other reviews relating the exact same issue. I would hope Amazon would communicate this to the manufacturer "Westbrass" in Los Angeles, CA. I called Westbrass to exchange just the faucet and their customers service agent says they can't do anything and that I have to go through Amazon and exchange the entire system. I have a suspicion that when the replacement system arrives from Amazon, I will swap faucets and have the same leak. Keep you posted...

No support, leaks, tank stopped heating

We love the faucet but had had one minor issue and one severe issue. First one is the faucet leaks if you push or pull the handles too far. Second is the tank just stopped heating water after three months. Lastly no one will call us back from westbrass and no returns from amazon allowed so my 400$ hot water heater doesn't work, leaks and I have no one to help fix it. I would say buyer beware, look somewhere else for a faucet if something happens you are stuck.

Constant valve failure

I have this product and am on the 4th set of valves. There is some issue with the internal valves, and the keep failing. Sometimes they flow no water, sometimes they wont shut off. Westbrass 'lifetime' warrant is actually only 1 year, and after the first set of replacement valves, they have been a huge pain in the butt to work with. When it works, it works great. I would find another manufacturer.
