Smells like Gardening with a mix of Laundry

The WoodWick® Renew Large Candle, Tomato Leaf & Basil is a nice refreshing summer/spring candle. It smells like gardening with a mix of laundry. The scent is not overpowering, and it is a nice scent for spring and summer. It reminds me of spring cleaning and gardening. The candle itself is well made, and the wood wick gives off a nice little crackle sound when being burned. I like that the wick is an X shape because it helped give a nice burn with no tunneling. It took roughly 30 minutes to get the top section of the candle melted (to avoid tunneling), and the scent was pleasant and stuck around for a bit afterward. All in all, I like the scent and it'll be a good candle to have every now and then.

Pleasantly surprised!

I LOVE WoodWick Candles, if you like candles and haven't tried Woodwick, you are missing out. They have a unique wooden wick that makes crackling sounds when burning, which reminds me of sitting around a campfire. I wasn't sure about the scent of Tomato Leaf and Basil, but I was pleasantly surprised. It is a very nice soft scent with a hint of cloves & it does linger for awhile even after you blow the candle out. Woodwicks do last longer than ordinary candles and I have yet to find a scent I don't like. Good Value!

Amazing scent, nice container.

13 oz Woodwick candle in amber/brown thick glass container with wooden lid. This is a beautiful candle, the scent is AMAZING! There's no other words to describe the scent. It features the easy to burn X shape wooden wick. This would make grand birthday/holiday gift. I highly recommend.

I have purchased dozens of WoodWick candles over the years. The smell on this one is medium – for a small room it would be fine. You can see how much it has burnt down – that’s about 4-5 hours. The smell is good – just does not put out a ton of smell. Can’t really hear the crackle, but that might just be me. Its okay.
