Paint smear

Packaging was dirty and planter came with paint smear on the side - very disappointing

Terrible QA on white planters

Summary: Don’t buy the white planter until they fix the QA issues. The planter is sleek and modern. It does the job with the self watering. It’s nice that it comes with the plant shelf insert so you’re not using up bags and bags of soil. That being said, the finishing on the product is terrible. I cannot in good faith recommend this product until the manufacture fix their QA issues on these white planters. I cannot comment on the other colours. I had reached out to them and they said they will connect with the factory and resolve the issues. Until then, I wouldn’t bother ordering until they fix the paint issues. There are particles embedded into the paint and mould so it must’ve been painted in a pretty dusty environment or not a clean space. I’ve attached photos as proof of the finishing. What makes it worse that it’s around the whole planter so you can’t really hide it. You would think to just spray paint it so it hides some of the particles but the finishing is no longer smooth and therefore will still show through. It’s too bad as I would’ve recommended these planters to many of my friends. Until then…I’ll probably need to use vining plants to hide the imperfections.

Big, thick, sturdy and shiny

Smooth, shiny like a ceramic. Looks elegant. I sooooo love them!
