GOOD QUALITY

We have had this since March 2022. Long enough to know whether we like it or not. I was a bit nervous about the ridged bottom and cleaning it. Nothing to worry about! This thing cleans up nice and easy WITHOUT any kind of pretreatment(butter, flour, shortening etc). Brownies come out flawless and over the holidays I made my caramel crunch in it and this pan was a breeze to clean. Very happy I purchased. Biggest challenge is getting everyone in the house to use the proper utensils so as not to damage the non stick surface. It is a good quality, heavy pan. Cover is an excellent bonus though as others have said a bit of a pain to remove. Not sure why some people are breaking it.

Super heavy compared to others

This is absolutely the heaviest covered cake pan I've ever owned. Nothing sticks and it's high quality. I always wash this by hand - you can use the dishwasher but it's not recommended.

I finally figured out how to open these pans!

I love these pans! I bought two to replace some Wilton pans that also had covers. I loved the Wilton pans because of their covers but the nonstick material came off on all three of my pans after owning them for just a few months. It was a cheap pan made of cheap materials. This pan, however, is the complete opposite. It's made of quality materials, is extremely sturdy, is easy to wash (I wash by hand only), and is great for storing leftovers. The raised lid allows you to store foods that are taller than the height of the pan. When I read reviews prior to ordering this pan, I saw that several people had commented that these pans are hard to open. I thought the same thing too but I'm so glad I didn't return these. It turns out that I've been opening them incorrectly for a few months now. I feel like an idiot. So if you look at the sides of the pan, you'll see what appears to be four small notches. I've been trying to open the pan using these four notches and it was frustrating at times. Anyway, I came here to write this review because other people are probably doing the same thing. The way to correctly open these pans is to use the long notch that's between the two smaller notches. So there are two long notches, one on each of the longer sides of the pan. Duh!!! Easy peasy! No problems opening the pans now. I purchased two of these pans and absolutely love them now that I know how to open them. I hope that some of you find this review helpful.

Very good for my cinnamon rolls.

I liked it so much this is the second one I have purchased. I make a double batch of cinnamon rolls and these work great. Non stick, very light in weight, easy cleanup and the lid help keep them fresher longer. I am very happy with this purchase.

AWESOME PAN!! ????

I LOVE IT! I made a cake for my daughter's birthday instead of buying one and needed a great baking pan WITH a lid. The pan was completely non-stick just like it said. I didn't have to use non-stick spray or anything extra for the 1st time Ever! The cake came out of the pan easily. Plus the pan was super easy to clean. I just 1st ran it under really hot water and everything just melted right off before I then used dish soap and a sponge. I want more in different sizes and shapes if I can find them! Also, I saw a lot of other people say the lid was complicated and so hard to get off... No its not at all. I don't know what they were doing but the lid seals tight on the pan keeping the cake protected, soft and moist for days, and is super easy to take off. Just do one side at a time. ????

Excellent Circulon product

Well built quality product, very easy to clean. Casseroles come out easily and cleanup is a non event.
