Great tool if used with instruction

I’m honestly surprised at how good of a workout I received while using this strap. I attached it to my door frame by using the included doorway stopper (foam on a strap loop with D ring). However, the strap didn’t come with any instructions, so I had to make a trip to Google to figure out how to use it. Once I did and watched some videos, I managed to get a great workout with static poses and movement. I’m already incredibly flexible, but holding the poses relies on strength and balance, which this product definitely helps. Overall, this is simple and well-made. I would prefer a bit of padding, but not expected at the low price point. I would recommend adding a pdf of suggested exercises to this item and it would be 5 stars all around.

Does Not come with a Workout Manual with 20 Step-By-Step Exercises

I would have scored this product higher if it actually came with the Workout Manual with 20 Step-by-step Exercises as advertised. This was one of the primary reasons why I chose this brand over others. So, if you are already familiar with how to use this type of product then it is an excellent buy. However, if you are a newbie like myself and were counting on the step-by-step exercise manual to help you, then you will be disappointed.

Great Product!

It works really well. I enjoy it a lot. The only small issue is that the loop doesn't always hold tight and can slip while you are using it. It may be user error though.

Brought it for my yoga exercise and this adjustable strap works well for me. It is a good choice to do exercise at home and by yourself.
