BEST caulking material.... stretches and lasts

Mor-Flexx is great. This is the beige (tan) option and there also is a grey. I do a lot of caulking and having finally found the Sashco line of caulks just over a decade ago I can assure you they are absolutely the best, most long lasting and durable caulking materials. Other caulks often failed in under a year and, to boot, often ended up looking worse than the cracks filled in a relatively short time. The essential key around which all of this caulk line is allowing for stretch. OK the names may be too cute but that doesn't stop them from unparalleled performance. I use this caulking for well beyond what is recommended on-label (spaces too big, etc.). All caulking I have used before taking up the Sashco line of caulking was just wasting my time if one has any concern for lasting durability. The "regular" caulking in Sashco's line is called "big stretch".

Stick to the cracks.

To make a long story short, the best use for this product is to fill in hairline (maybe a bit bigger) cracks you see in any type of masonry surface. I initially thought it could fill a crack ground out by a diamond blade on a grinder. I mean, it can, but the caulking will shrink if it's too deep. I recall with even a quarter of an inch the caulking will shrink down, therefore showing the grooves of the grounded out crack. If I were you and you was me and that guy over there was that dude right here, I'd use this product solely for just the small cracks. A thin, light beed over the crack, rub it in with your finger, and then blend it appropriately to match the existing surface. Good luck if youre caulking anything more than cracks.

Excellent product

This product is amazing. Makes patching up mortar a breeze. The color happens to blend flawlessly with the mortar on my brick facade--you can only spot the difference between the mortar and this product when it rains. I've also used it to seal a gap between a poured concrete patio and the brick facade, with great results. I've been using it for the past 3 years and I can't say enough good things about it.

If your concrete cracks this is the product you want.

Went on easily smooth filled the cracks did what I expected it to do time will tell how well it holds up I will follow up this review again down the road to say how well over time it performs. This product came highly recommended to me buy a contractor. PS I put backing in the cracks before using this product I had gaps of up to an inch between a fiberglass pool and the concrete.

love this stuff - it fills all cracks and holes between my outer brick wall and blends perfectly with sand / lime mortar. You can also use it to seal your ears and never ever have to listen to your wife complaining about too much time spend in the workshop!

Grey is not Grey

I have used the base more Flex in the past and it's always an excellent performer. This time I ordered Grey. And it is not Grey and it is not the color of mortar comma it is beige but not so much as the designated color beige.

Awesome product! I use this commercially on cracked stucco walls before painting. When rubbed in, smoothed out and then painted you cannot see there was any signs of cracks.
