Beautiful Tree

I loved the Alpine tree, and it didn't have a remote with it and I talked to Grace and she was wonderful about helping me get what I needed. They took care of it right away. Their attitude was fantastic. I would tell anyone to get a tree from them. I couldn't believe the help and the niceness of Grace and anyone else that helped. I appreciated it so much. You don't get that now days.

Customer service

I had a problem with the start on my tree. I contacted Alpine customer service. They were very helpful and sent out a replacement even tho l had the several for several months. There communication and customer service is outstanding. I give them definitely a 5 star rating. Thanks Alpine.

BEST customer service

So the assembly was easy and it was very bright. Unfortunately the wind blew it over and the star broke. I contacted Customer Service and they said they were sold out and to contact them the following year when they came in again. I waited and did just that and they honored there commitment! Very impressed.

Striking yet simple Christmas tree

We bought this lighted Christmas tree for outside. It was very easy to put up. It's soo pretty. You can choose how fast the lights flash.

Looks beautiful and well built.

The tree looks great. I like that it has different light settings and colors. I had an issue with it falling over last year during a storm and the star broke but customer service took care of that.

These trees are great! They are quite bright and very well made. They have various patterns to choose from. We actually bought 3 for our yard!

Stopped working after a year

Bought this in 2020 used it for the first time last year since I got it after Christmas this year won’t turn on reached out to customer service told me sorry it’s out of warranty end of conversation I won’t buy from them again I know it wasn’t overly expensive at $100.00 but I thought I might get more than a year useout of it. Considering I spent the same amount of money on a lighted tree from a different maker and had it well over 10 years
