Fast Delivery & Superior Packaging

Ordered late Saturday & got it by 10am Monday. Packaging was amazing., multiple layers of bubble wrap in sturdy box. It fits better that original too. Right height toilet is the Best I've ever used.

The Cadet 3 lid arrived all in tact. Upon opening the box, the lid was wrapped real well with bubble wrap and securely taped. No chips, cracks or defects found. I feel my cost for this product served me well.

Did not fit properly

The model number matched exactly to the previous one that had brown, yet it did not fit exactly the same, it was slightly too large but better than having an empty space. Still don’t know why it didn’t fit exactly as the model numbers matched exactly from the original.

Arrived faster than expected (I was expecting it to take 2 months based on Amazons suggested timeline) but it arrived in a few weeks. Fits our toilet perfectly. it was packaged properly to avoid breakage.
