AudioSpice NCAA Sonic Boom 2 Headphones, are best phone I have brought for this price. They sound really great, and I brought another pair.

Customer service was good but product was inferior

Customer service was good but product was inferior. First pair, one side of headphones did not work at all. We requested a replacement pair and the second pair had a similar problem, with one side volume far quieter than the other. We ended up sending the second pair back as well and asked for a refund.

Repairs needed

Had to rip it open and glue the speaker down inside as it loudly clanked around inside when my son just walked with them.

Good at first BUT

These headphones look really good and seem like quality at first. They come in nice packaging. My 11 year old son was really excited to use them. He used them close to every day for the first week and they worked fine. Today, they sound like the people are talking underwater. We've checked them out- wiring is good, everything is fully plugged in, they just don't work.
