Missing Parts

This building was the same style of assembly I remember my parents had around the Christmas tree growing up. With some painting weathering, it looks as good as today's detailed kits. However, my kit was missing some parts. The box and plastic parts bag were sealed when I received the delivery. Being a model railroader for over 40 years, I had items in my spare parts that were suitable replacements.

Perfect for My Western Layout

This was a great find for my Old West Layout. I also picked up the Marshall's Office model by Plasticville as well as some Old West figures by Bachmann; all available here on Amazon.

The best building so far in our train set

First off, the picture is wrong. It's not a train, but rather a building for a train set. This building is a saloon and barber shop combo. It was not that difficult to assemble, and it had some pretty cool details, like the old time saloon doors.

The Barber Shop and One Shot Saloon

This makes a fine addition to my Old Western setup! It looks very realistic and was something I'd always wanted for that setup. I also like the fence atop the building, which was another typical Old Western scene. I didn't have a hard time putting it together, either. And the Saloon and Barber Shop signs just simply stuck on.
