Nice but not easy to assemble

It was really difficult to line up the vertical piping with the horizontal distributors . Also plan all the assembly steps and pieces ahead of time.

Nice and versatile kit for making an extended oil loading platform

All as promised, oil loading platforms link together well. As I am using this kit for a diorama situated in the Netherlands so I will add a corrugated metal roof over the walkways to match the design here, the kit is well suited for this kind of modification. Little bit of occasional flash and a few unexpected extra connections between railing and the sprue at part 9 and 10 but nothing that a cutter and sanding stick will fix in a few moments.

Difficult to assemble

Rather difficult to put together due to a lot of small pieces. Finished product is nice. Fits well between larger spaced tracks. Will not fit between NMRA recommended 2” centers for modern-era railwork.

the directions were HORRIBLE! I ended up mostly google'ing the kit and ...

The details that this adds to any layout is very high, however, the directions were HORRIBLE! I ended up mostly google'ing the kit and finding completed models and inspecting them in great detail in order to figure out what parts go where. I noticed one of the numbers mentioned in the directions was not even the correct number part so be careful. I ended up taking apart pieces that I had glued because I discovered later on that the picture was not at all clear and quite easily to make mistakes because the directions were very vague in several areas. A great piece to add to your layout once it's assembled correctly :)

Nice centerpiece for the club's chemical plant

I built and painted it prototypical two kits together. Watch YouTube building instructions videos is a must. Purchased as a gift for a TT scale club for their modular layout to be shown at NMRA and local meets.

Read instructions carefully. This no kit for a beginner.

Take your time building and follow the instructions carefully. Not the best photos on the instructions. The hardest kit by this manufacturer so . Their kits are good. Nice details but tricky to build . I use tiny mini clamps to assemble. You will the . Do a little at a time and let the parts dry . Not for beginners. Will look good on my layout once painted and weathered.
