Check the product before installation.

The product works unless it is defective. I ordered 2 and sent 1 back because it was defective. Reordered a replacement and that one was defective, as well.

great quality tower, easy setup

great quality! comes with beer lines faucets and fittings. you’ll want to get a co2 bottle & regulator, distribution block, gas line, and couplers to complete the package

Nice outside bad inside

Looks good but works bad, bad insulation cheap accessories… be prepared to buy better faucets and connecting hardware… not worth the trouble. Horrible customer service as well

Ordered 3. Two of them were manufactured incorrectly

We ordered 2 towers for our brewery and 1 came in perfect condition and was ready to go. The second one had the mounting holes drilled out wrong so the tower was twisted. We ordered a 2nd replacement and this one came (and looked like it had been returned several times) in the same fashion. Holes placed wrong, tower twisted. Second one also came as "refurbished". I guess putting it back in the same box and sending it out as new counts as refurbished. We never ordered refurbished. ???? 2 stars only because the first one did work.
