Changed and returned items

The items’ aesthetic are good only the downside is the glass which is made thin. Bought 2 items but one was broken. It was replaced immediately which is a good thing. I returned/dropped off at UPS and gave me a receipt. And according to the email that items were received but how come that Amazon kept on reminding me to return the items to avoid the charges which I already did return. Check your end.
