Replacment for older log set

Received the log set yesterday, the log box was a bit beat up and upon opening it one of the large logs had been broken in half. Trying to contact FactoryBuysDirect may be impossible. I did contact Duluth who did call me back telling me they do not have replacement logs. I'll keep trying with the original place purchased from. I did epoxy the log together with J-B Weld extreme heat, so far so good.

Only Logs Arrived!

I ordered the burner set with thermostat control and only logs arrived. Having to go through the return process with a box of heavy ceramic logs and the only option is "refund on return". We can't return what we never received!

Missing the important parts!!

Only received the logs and two were broken. I’ve seen multiple reviews of only logs being sent. Very disappointing. The description of the product clearly shows more. Purchased manual NG version.

Shown to be a burner set with manual controls. I only received logs. No burner. Now I have to take a big box to UPS and waste my time to return the false product.

Gas control valve broke after one day

The gas valve broke after one day. The flame looked fine, but now I have to return it and get another one.
