awful product

This was the worst pretzel warmer I have ever come across. It was very difficult to put the pretzel hanger together. The screws did not go in the holes so they did not tighten up or they would go in the hole but then would just turn but not tighten. The handle on one door was broken off. The door on the back was bent so badly that if I try to straighten it out it will also come off. A very poor design for a door as it is barely welded on. I am very disappointed with this machine as we had the exact same machine for many years and didn't have a problem until the heating element went bad and we couldn't get the part so we were forced to buy a whole new unit and this thing is a piece of junk. I wouldn't recommend this unit to anyone.
