Easy to use

I used these on my pipes in the basement. We had below zero weather for several days.

Easy to work with and install

Because of the freeze of 2021 in Southeast Texas, I put extra insulation over a hot water line that burst , before the ceiling was repaired. Shame on me once for not making sure that line was adequately insulation. Next time the temp will have to be below zero.

Easy to cut and shape to my needs.

I used this to put behind a short bookcase so items would not fall off the top and behind the bookcase. It works perfect in this application. I just stuck it behind the bookcase, just below the top, and I cut it down to size with regular scissors. It filled the small space perfectly and had just the right amount of tension against the wall. It came in a four pack, and I only needed two. My kids use the other two as foam swords and enjoy that as well. I noticed that it had a pre-cut slit for a pipe. It was still somewhat sealed and I left it like that.

Use for motorcycle lever covers

I was looking for a slip on cover to keep on my Harley levers just for when the bike is parked outside in the SoCal desert. They have precut slits so I cut the size I needed and wrapped a little electrical tape around them. Lost the first set but now I have feet of this stuff so just cut another set. Easy breezy.

Very good product but be careful about the size

Very good product but be careful about the size. I thought this would fit over a 1/2 inch PVC and it is too small. Works ok for copper but get the larger inside diameter if you are using this to insulate PVC.

Good, but the self adhesive kind is better

Good product, it's easy to use and works well. In the end we found it was cheaper and easier to get the self stick stuff from local stores, but this is a good alternative if you can't get it there or don't want the hassle...
