yep it is a solid stream of water, not aerated, but it fits and the included tool was perfect, beats pliers by far. gonna use it till i find something better, since the old one was spraying water all over the counter and mirror whenever i used it.

Restricted flow not what I expected

This is a quality Moen part but be aware it’s actually like a non-aerator. It limits flow and created a narrow water flow stream as opposed to a nice broad aerated stream. I had to put my original bad one back in. Still looking for the right hidden aerator.

It will fit the single hole single handle Brantford model

I ordered this taking a chance that it would work, since all reviews are so discouraging. This product worked on my faucet. I recommend patient treatment with CLR for about, 2 or 3 hours. It will work. I tried the Moen website first for help and that was a waste of time. The emphasis there was to sell you an electronic product. Value for money could be better. They should include at least 2 aerators.
