Best salmon I ever made

Used this on our Napoleon gas grill. Indirect heat, about 450 degrees. Soaked the cedar plank in grapefruit beer for about 4 hours. Then oiled the side of the plank touching the salmon. (Skin removed) For the veggies, drizzled with olive oil, coarse salt and cracked pepper. Didn't flip or turn anything. In about 12 minutes, everything was cooked perfectly. Because we went with Indirect heat, there was no charing, burning or discoloration of the rack or plank.

It’s thick but, it doesn’t clean up well. And it took months to get.

It has a sturdy feel and a clean design out of the box; When it finally ships to you. (It took a month and a half, I almost forgot that I bought it) It blackens after just one use. It doesn’t clean up after that. Mostly, the fact that it took over a month to ship to me left a bad taste in my mouth.
