The best pitcher!

I have been searching for the perfect pitcher for cold brew coffee and sun tea, and this is it! I have gone through so MANY pitchers. Glass ones, plastic, Tupperware ones, ones made for cold brew/infusion drinks, etc. and not a single one has lasted (Tupperware lasts forever, but the ones I’ve had are really hard to get seals clean), or become my go to. But this pitcher has! I got the green one first, to see if it was any good, but I’ve recently purchased the red one too. I have one for cold brew coffee, and the other I use for ice tea and sun tea! But it can easily be used to make infusion water (put fruit in the core filter). This really lives up to what the description says it can do; A full gallon size, unbreakable, shakeable (I do this to get all the flavor from cold brew coffee sediment before pouring), the silicone handle is non slip, and you can put hot or cold water to brew your drinks to your preference! You can use bag or loose leaf tea, or coffee, in the core; and the pitcher does not hold onto the smell of the drink (which is great if you use it for cold brew coffee). But by far the BEST feature is how EASY this thing is to get really CLEAN! I’ve had so many pitchers that were ridiculously hard to get really clean. But this is easy; you can unscrew the pour spout/handle to get a large hand & sponge into the container, and to fully clean every nook of the spout. You can slip the silicone part of handle out to clean the handle. The core comes out easily (always take it out after brewing/before pouring to avoid grounds or tea leaves in drink), and the bottom of the core can be unscrewed to FULLY clean the mesh filter! So easy! I absolutely LOVE these pitchers! They are more expensive than I’d normally spend on a pitcher, but I see having this for so long that I won’t need to buy another cheaper pitcher!

Best Tea Pitcher on the Market

I drink about a gallon a day of unsweetened tea, usually loose leaf Harney and Sons but also occasionally do PGTips and some Herbal Mixes- Its everything I ever wanted in a pitcher... top seals tight, mesh is fine enough that the leaves dont get in the tea, holds a gallon and fits in my side fridge door (BARELY) ... I poured water straight in from the coffee maker and it held up great, plastic stayed nice and rigid. 5/5 Stars , would buy again.

Exactly what I've been searching for

I wanted a gallon tea pitcher and this one works great plus you can steep the tea in the pitcher, then add your ice. It is a great size for the refrigerator. It is tall (because it holds a GALLON!) but is is not overly bulky, so it will fit in the refrigerator door. Sturdy and you can close the top to keep the tea fresh. We love this pitcher!

Very useful, but

Don't lift it from just the handle if it's more than 3/4 full. After a while it will micro fracture the plastic until it eventually cracks.

Not great for cold brew coffee

The quality of this pitcher is great for the price. It was a little tall for my refrigerator, but I found a spot where it would fit. My issue was that it is not great for cold brew coffee making. I think the screen material that makes up the filter in the brew core is too fine of a mesh for coffee. MAYBE a more coarse grind would work better, but I tried standard grind for hot brewing and coarse for French pressing and neither worked. It still made cold brew coffee, but it was not very strong. Sadly, I had to return it and continue on my quest to find a cold brew maker.

Does the job

This jug is large, which is what I was looking for! It has a sturdy handle that makes it is surprisingly easy to lift. I don't find the spout works all that well though ... the liquid doesn't pour in a nice tight stream but rather more like a wide waterfall.

Great product

Good quality. Easy to use. Very large size. Taller than a milk jug, so make sure you have the height room in your fridge for it. Super good quality all around. Very impressed with the product. Highly recommended if you like cold tea as it makes a massive batch.
