These necklaces are awesome to hang jewels from but these do break easily when pulled on

Perfect for toddlers

I got these for myself (I’ve been wearing home made pendants on them for years) but my toddler keeps wanting to wear my jewelry and breaking my chains. I gave her one of these today and when she tugs it just pops right off. They’re great for being active or getting wet too!

No stretch

Not as stretchy as other companies. A few broke. Hard to get in and out the clasp which is good but then bad when it breaks.

I’ve been using these for years and I love them. They’re smooth and soft, never pinch hair, are easy to put on and take off even without looking. And they won’t tangle when you travel! The black matches most of my stuff but it’s cool that there are colors too. I’ve turned friends on to these, particularly people into heady glass pendants.

Great fasteners for cloth face masks - if your head is exactly the right size

The silky feel of these stretchy, rubbery necklaces is like nothing else, and the pop together/pop apart fasteners are clever and fun. Unfortunately, those fasteners are not as durable as they should be - 2 out of 12 broke off. They do hold together perfectly well when tied, but of course they are no longer as cool with an ugly knot in the middle. These things are really not much use for making necklaces because the only beads that will slide over those clever fasteners are pony beads with really big holes. I guess they are mostly intended for young children who don't care about using interesting beads. I have been using them as around-the-head elastic fasteners for cloth face masks. Two of the necklace length ones work perfectly for my husband, who has a very large head. If you can find sets of the bracelet length, different lengths can be daisy chained to fit different head sizes. Unfortunately, there is no way to shorten them except by tying knots. But when they work, they work GREAT!
