Worked great snorkeling

We took these snorkeling in the Bahamas and loved them. My wife returned her other brand after trying it and bought one like mine.

I still prefer TYR Velocity...

These goggles are ok - my daughter and I both have many pairs of goggles as we both swim 5+ days per week. I figured we've give these Gelseal Pilot's a whirl. My daughter's complaint was that they leaked, something I didn't have a problem with. My complaint was that the peripheral vision isn't as good as some other goggles. I'm not a good swimmer and when I'm doing backstroke I need to be able to see the lane line in my peripheral vision or else I'm all over the place. With these goggles I was all over the place - I had to switch back to my Velocity goggles so I wouldn't run into people. Other than that, I didn't have any other issues with these goggles. When I swam at a master's meet this month, these are the goggles I wore - i pulled the strap tight and they stayed on during my dive. The gelseal seems to work well, it's a thick silicone gel-type gasket as opposed to a double gasket like the Velocity or Vanquisher, which I prefer. These are my back up goggles in my swim bag.

These goggles are the best ones ever made

These goggles are the best ones ever made, I don't understand why they stopped being produced. Very comfortable and leak free without having to tighten the laces a lot, and without the vaccuum feeling of goggles with regular gaskets. At least on the wider faces they are very good. I have stocked up on a lot while I could. About the red ones in particular, be mindful that they are quite dark, and more appropriate for the outside.
